What we found

Big Drop Inc designs and builds websites and sells branding, digital marketing, hosting, and AI automation. It lists offices in New York, Miami, and Culver City, California, and says it has more than 100 employees. Clutch puts its staff at 50 to 249 and lists a location in Ukraine. Its start date is unclear. The site says it has worked with clients since 2013, Clutch says 2012, and New York records show Big Drop Inc. was first filed in January 2014. The site names no founders or executives. The most recent named executive we found is CFO Andrew Yakovlev, who answered a Clutch review in January 2019.

Big Drop names clients such as Citi, Northwell Health, and Square, but its case numbers lack baselines and time frames. Its Bloomfire case, a 2023 project, reports twice as many qualified meetings requested and 250 percent more blog traffic. Other case pages, such as Square Academy and New York Sports Clubs, report percentage gains with no baseline or time frame. Most projects on its latest-work page show no numbers. Clutch holds 36 reviews averaging 4.6, written between 2014 and January 2020. A few cite results, such as an online holster shop whose sales quadrupled at launch.

Big Drop sells through project consultants and publishes a five-step design process, from goal setting to final design. It gives no timeline in weeks. Its site names no designers, developers, or project managers. Several Clutch reviewers from 2016 to 2020 mention project manager turnover, language barriers, or slower replies from a team in Europe. Others praise fast work, such as a 2014 rebuild finished in two months. Clutch lists a $50,000 minimum project and hourly rates of $100 to $149.

Big Drop has no AI search or GEO service. Its AI services page covers chatbots, predictive analytics, automation, and data work, built in five steps from scoping to launch. It names no AI platforms and describes no way to track how often a brand appears in AI answers. Recent blog posts discuss how AI systems read website trust signals, but they describe no Big Drop method and report no client results.

The limits are thin identity and an aging review record. Its New York address is a suite at 169 Madison Avenue, and a virtual mailbox service sells addresses at that building. It publishes city pages for places such as Richmond, Virginia, but lists no office there. Trustpilot shows three reviews. Two are one-star complaints, one about a delayed, over-budget project and one about an unpaid subcontractor. A 0.5-star Clutch review describes a late project headed to court, and Big Drop's CFO disputed that account. These are single, unverified accounts. Before signing, ask who owns and runs the company, who will manage your project, where the team works, and how change requests are priced.

Score breakdown

How Big Drop Inc scores, check by check

Each criterion is scored from 0 to 10 against the bands in our methodology. The weight shows how much it counts toward the overall score.

  1. Proof of results

    35% of the score 5 /10

Named clients such as Bloomfire and Square appear with percentage gains, but none give a baseline or time frame. The 36 Clutch reviews end in January 2020, and few cite numbers.

  2. Senior attention and speed

    25% of the score 4 /10

Big Drop reports more than 100 staff, sells through project consultants, and names no one who does the work. Clutch reviewers mention project manager turnover, and no timeline in weeks is published.

  3. AI search readiness

    20% of the score 3 /10

Its AI services cover chatbots and automation, and its blog discusses AI trust signals. Big Drop sells no AI search service and describes no way to measure AI answer visibility.

  4. Accountability and identity

    20% of the score 5 /10

Big Drop Inc. is an active New York corporation with three listed offices, but its site names no leaders. Its review record is mixed and dated, with 36 Clutch reviews through January 2020 and three Trustpilot reviews.

Overall 5 × 35% + 4 × 25% + 3 × 20% + 5 × 20% = 4.4 out of 10
