Agency profile SEO
uSERP is a link building, SEO, and AI search agency founded in 2019, with a listed head office in Denver and a distributed team. Its published work centers on B2B software companies.
Jeremy Moser and Brad Smith co-founded uSERP in 2019. Moser is CEO and Smith is EVP. The site lists a head office at 1580 Logan Street in Denver. Its Clutch profile lists an address in Nashville. The team page names 37 specialists across North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia, and the homepage says 45. uSERP sells link building, digital PR, SEO strategy, fractional SEO leads, and GEO programs. Smith founded Codeless, a content agency that uSERP calls its sister agency and content production partner.
uSERP publishes 42 case studies, most with named clients and specific numbers. The monday.com study reports organic traffic rising from 677,000 to 1.2 million monthly visits since October 2020. Remote's study reports a 314% rise in organic traffic in the year after it hired uSERP in April 2023. Hightouch gained 13,215 new organic keywords in 18 months from November 2022. Many other headline figures give a duration but no start date. Outside corroboration is thinner. Clutch shows 21 reviews averaging 4.9, and uSERP says Clutch named it a top link building company each year from 2021 to 2025.
uSERP says senior strategists run its accounts. Its About page says the strategist who plans a program is the one who runs it. Gordon Meagher, VP of SEO Strategy, reviews the method and evidence behind every AI search program. The team confirms a day-to-day lead before kickoff. The team page lists junior specialists and writers alongside senior staff. A published three-month start plan sets a baseline in month one, new work in month two, and a review in month three. Reporting runs weekly, with monthly reviews and quarterly strategy resets. Engagements run six months with a 60-day opt-out.
AI search is a defined, priced service. uSERP maps buying prompts across Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, and ChatGPT. It then separates brands that get mentioned from pages that get cited. It reports at four levels: business outcomes, conversions, observed AI visibility, and delivery. The homepage cites an in-house toolsuite for finding the sources AI answers use, but it does not name the tool. Its one published AI case covers an unnamed internal communications software company. In the last quarter of a 22-month program, Google AI Mode visibility rose from 66.6% to 92.0%. The ChatGPT brand mention rate rose from 46.7% to 56.7%. Managed programs start at $10,000 a month.
There is a disclosure issue to weigh. Wordable, a tool that publishes Google Docs to WordPress, ranks uSERP first in an August 2025 list of five AI SEO agencies, and the page does not mention any tie. Jeremy Moser's Entrepreneur author bio says he acquired Wordable in 2020. Wordable's About page lists Brad Smith as CEO and Moser as CMO. The list's byline matches the name of a content writer on uSERP's team page. The $10,000 monthly floor and six-month term put uSERP beyond many small businesses. Before signing, ask who your day-to-day lead is, which prompts and platforms you will track, and how the 60-day opt-out works.
Each criterion is scored from 0 to 10 against the bands in our methodology. The weight shows how much it counts toward the overall score.
Forty-two case studies with named clients and numbers, several of them dated, such as monday.com's traffic growth since October 2020. Outside corroboration is thin at 21 Clutch reviews.
A team of about 37 says the strategist who plans a program runs it, names a VP who reviews every AI program, and publishes a three-month start plan.
A priced GEO program with a clear prompt-tracking method and published AI visibility gains. The one published AI case does not name the client.
Named co-founders, a full team page, and a Denver address, with 21 Clutch reviews. Clutch lists a different city, and a Wordable ranking that puts uSERP first does not disclose that uSERP's co-founders run Wordable.
Overall 7 × 35% + 7 × 25% + 8 × 20% + 6 × 20% = 7.0 out of 10
Team, pricing, terms, and case results come from uSERP's own site and are company-reported, and the Wordable tie rests on Wordable's About page and Jeremy Moser's Entrepreneur author bio.

Ask who will run your account each week and whether you can meet them first. Ask for case studies from businesses your size, with numbers and dates. Then ask about the minimum term and who owns the site, the ad accounts, and the data if you leave. This profile names 4 leaders, so ask which of them will work on your account.
